avm82nav touch screen not working

Have a new RV and the Axxera radio only seems to work with the remote. How can I get the touchscreen to work. Tried the sensitivity setup screen but don't know what to do with it as there don't seem to be any directions anywhere in a manual. I am new to this so a lot to learn.

There's a reset hole on the bezel.
Put a paperclip or smaller diameter in the hole, press until you feel a slight click, hold to the count of five(why not?) and then restart the unit.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately it still does not do anything when I try and touch the screen. Will continue looking for answer.

Honestly, and this is frustrating,
Before I'd go back to the dealer and leave the rv for them to fix that $90 radio head, I'd buy a nice one with android and Apple and Alexa ability for $100 to $350 have a pro install it and call it done.

The wait at the dealer for maybe weeks maybe not, along with the ready greatly discredited radio even when it working might instead be a fun time shopping for the new radio and adding 50 rv related apps to it.
