You have several options. If you have a capable and qualified (familiar with hydraulic leveling systems) installer close by, you can order the necessary parts and have them install. I would urge having the brackets securely welded to the frame.
I'm in Ohio and chose to drive to the Big Foot facility in Michigan to get ours installed on our class C.
Important considerations are clearance with levelers retracted, and warranty if third-party installed. It was worth it to me to go straight to the source, purchase and let the experts do it. Around $3k for manual leveling system installed. VERY satisfied after two years.
