I had a 2018 Thor Siesta 24SS and I seem to remember that there should be two small screw hole covers that need to be popped off in order to gain access to the mounting screws. There should be one on the upper portion and one on the lower exterior portion of the tail light.

I could be wrong since it has been a while since I owned that motor home.

Glad you found the spots and tightened them up. I traded in my 2018 Thor Siesta 24SS in March 2022 for a 2022 Thor Miramar 37.1 Class A. We loved our Siesta but needed something bigger.
