2nd owner warranty

I just bought my 35sd and discovered there is a bubble in the laminate. The previous owner, original had an extended warranty.

Trying to figure out what to do next and if there has been any issues regarding my problem.

Thanks, Ron

Was the extended warranty transferable?
If so: ws it?

You need to ask the provider of the extended warranty for the transfer paperwork. Complete the transfer and then submit your bubble for warranty repair.

What the LT said. AFAIK there is no "THOR" extended warranty, they are provided by third party insurance companies.

He may be lucky, but from my experience extended warranties do not cover water damage. Especially delamination. I in my limited purchasing of them, three, none would cover water damage and delamination.

Agree, I think they pretty much all are mechanical warranties and not structural. It’s a big exclusion!

Rongoade,

How did this turn out?

I am the second owner of a Axis 24.1 and it specifically says in the warranty that the original TMC coverage for delamination is valid for the first AND the second owner. After reading this, I contacted the dealer about it, the sales man told me I didn't know what I was talking about but sent me to the person that registers their warranties. They also told me I was wrong but tried it anyway an lo and behold, they successfully registered me as the second owner.

I haven't had any warranty problems yet but I am glad I caught that line in the text and was able to get the dealer to register me.
