Auto door lock not working

2017 Thor Tuscany 42GX
Have used the comb lock feature extensively. Door lock stopped working but comb still works locking & unlocking basement doors. Any suggestions? Hate to take the door apart… TIA

Have you pulled the inside panel and lubricated the mechanism?

Can you hear the door solenoid activate?

Yes the solenoid is working just enuf to wiggle the door lock but not move it.
Are you suggesting that we take the inside door panel off and lubricate the mechanism in there?

Bush fix is a rubberband inside from around the handle pulling a bit on the mechanism, augmenting the solenoid

If your battery voltage is low this can lock you out

Pull on the handle the same time you ender the code

Thanks for all the tips. We used some WD40 but also, when we previously replaced the springs on the brass buttons inside the door and the frame, the wires were switched. Corrected the problem & now it works.
Keep those brass buttons clean and keep an eye on the springs that keeps them flush.

Crocus cloth or a dollar bill works works well to polish the contacts
