I called Crossroads and spoke to customer service
I don't remember the name of the customer service rep, but he said they had a computer server go down, but didn't offer any info on when it would be back up.
I also had a little chat about the lack of participation that Crossroads has with our forum and he did seem to listen to what I was telling him and said he would make a note of it and bring it up at the weekly Friday meeting. So we shall see, maybe if enough of us call in and complain we will get their attention.
