Got water leaks? Call a local flooring outfit. But better find leaks first.

There may have been a leak at some point. I bought the 2016 in 2019. No signs of leaking the last three years.

No leaks that you know of. Water seeks the lowest point. You are in Missouri and it rains there year round unlike California. You need to see if it is wet under there after a good rain to be sure.

Note that THOR does own Heartland, but this post is in the Heartland section. You have a Palazzo Class A. Perhaps a moderator could move this to the proper section.

You are reasonably close to the factory service center in Wakarusa, IN. Their labor rate is cheaper than anyone and their knowledge base of your unit is tops. They will go the extra mile and move a few cabinets, etc., for better access of hidden or bleed through rot. The entire, flat floor and covering is placed on the frame before any walls, appliances or baths are installed. This will not be a short or inexpensive repair. I wouldn't let any dealer touch that. Flooring specialists deal more in home repairs than RV's. Do it once...do it right. The factory will also tweak other things to spec while its there.
