What kind of valve problem do you have?
In your front pass thru storage there should be a big black pipe, it dumps into the black tank.
The pull cables going to dump valves do fail, not very often
Start looking where you hook the dump hose, hopefully the valves will be close to it.

Do you have a valve in one of your other storage bin?
Here's a picture of one in a different Big Country.

Had a 5er with cable pulls for the dumps. The routing of the black cable caused it to bind frequently. Once bound up the cable would pull loose from the bayonet valve and leave me dumpless. I ended up dropping the underbelly material, shortened the cable, and routed it differently. Went 13 years troublefree after that.

Dump valves

My valves are somewhere in the heated basement . The valves are not by the connection. They appear to be operated by cable from the water closet. Very hard to open or close. I think I will have a mobile tech come out. Due to health problems, I can't get into the basement. Thank you all for your info.

Talking Dump valve

Finally got a tech to come out. He kept telling me they were closed and not leaking Told my wife I was making them leak. ( So warrenty would replace them. ) I demanded he pull the valve. Lo and behold, the blade on one side wasn't making contact with the gasket. He replaced both grey and black valves. He had to apologize.
