Without a known weight - I would reduce pressure to the 95 on the sticker... The actual weight may suggest you reduce more. This is of course COLD pressure...
The TM (and I expect most others) are not perfect devices - I believe rated at +/- 2%. The more gauges you try - the more unsure of your pressure you will be...
I pick one that I trust (before I had the TM) - and the TM has been very close to it.
I have found that I need to set the TM pressure slightly higher than the actual to avoid excessive alerting. Their threshold was a little aggressive versus what I was seeing.
I'd suggest starting with the actual pressure and see what it does - but my experience was my tires tended to get just above the alerting level and stay there... Adjusted about 2-3psi higher (the monitor only - not the tires) silenced the alerts and runs fine.
