2017 30.2 slider error code 2-6

Does any one know which slider motor this model with the 3 tracks takes 300:1 or 500:1.
We have had this problem since it was new and CW could never fix it.
Also how often does everyone use their slides. We only use ours 3- 4 times a year as we are afraid it will fail. I have a new cable to try but was thinking of getting a spare motor also

I don't know, so assume many others don't know, if you have a class A, b, c, axis or fifth wheel or towable.
What does the 2 6 code mean?
Where have you taken it besides cw?

We don't use our slide much.
Maybe 4 times in 20,000 miles.
No need in a 24.1

I figured that maybe people with 30.2 would reply, FYI it is a class A that we bought new from CW ( what a mistake that was)
The SCHWINTEK error code means
Motor Short Circuit or Motor or wiring to motor has shorted out.

Pop the motor out, check the part number. Any other answer is a guess.
