2017 TMC Hurricane 35M Latitude Awning arm broken

I have a 2017 Hurricane 35M. It has the Carefree of Colorado latitude Awning. How can I tell if it is a single stage or dual stage Awning? The right side arm assembly is broken in the middle where it bends to open and close it. Where do I find the replacement part number?

Go to the Thor owners resource page and download the build sheet for your coach using your VIN. Then contact Carefree and ask them for the part number.

One of our arms broke a few inches from the hinge, shortly after we bought the mh.

The model # is located on the roller tube, you'll see it when you extend the awning.
I used a extendion ladder to support the awning at the break.

I Googled my part # for a list of sellers.

Getting the thing apart is not bad if you're familiar with working with E clips...I am now.
Amazon etc sell E clip tools.
