2021 Axis/Vegas TOAD turn signal fuses

My Toad signal lights are not working on 2021 AXIS. . Checked all wiring. Seems to be a fuse issue. Based on reading of the Felkers wonderful manual for the vegas it appears the fuse panel is in the engine compartment. I can feel it by opening the hood but not get to it to open it up. Do you really have to take off the dash section close to the windshield to change a fuse??

Did you use a multimeter to verify voltage in the 7-way plug? Pins #1 and #6 are the turn signals.

I did with the standard multi-meter. I have the plug-in one coming today. I get tail lights which is a separate fuse so probably not a ground issue.
I wish they had made an access door for the fuse box. Only other option is taking off the hood so I have more room to get to the box.

So you're NOT getting power to pins #1 and #6? You really don't need anything more than your ordinary multimeter with probes. Pin #1 is ground. Pins #5 and #6 are turn signals.
