MHSRV in Texas

Understanding the process of being totally responsible for my own pre-purchase checklist before purchase, knowing once you leave the lot you'll not ever want to return, knowing once you leave the lot they never want you return and all the dealer drama/horror stories of years gone by....

Has anyone ever complete a distance purchase with the trade-in processes with this dealership? I'm looking at a unit there and have sent them all the data on my trade...but...don't wanna show up on the "big day" to find out they have a cookie-cutter "bait and switch" process that can turn out bad.

If you've had a great experience, please tell about it...if you've had a bad experience, please give details. Thanks do much!!

I may just sell mine outright and purchase theirs but...as long as numbers are close enough, I'd trade to eliminate the drama.

I dont have any experience with them or your situation but I will say I have only heard good things about this dealership. I know 3 people who have bought from them. 2 new coach's 1 used All very happy

Curious as to what you want to buy. And I hope whatever you do it works out well for you.

I've traded 3 RVs to two different dealers sight unseen.
It wasn't with the dealer in question.
I worked the deal on the new RV in person rather than over the Internet.

They never even took a hard look at my trade-ins before completing the deal.

I, also, have heard good things about MHSRV in general, and especially about the Texas location.

In Oct 2022 I worked a deal with MHSRV via phone and email that included a sight unseen quote for my 9 year old trade. We worked with Graham. We agreed on a pickup date. When we arrived all was ready as promised. They inspected my trade and signed off on our agreed upon trade price. Did a good PDI on our new 2023 Vegas 24.1, then to the office for the paperwork.

They drove my new coach to their rv park and I drove our trade to park them door to door so I could transfer from old to new. They called the next morning to see if they needed to make any adjustments on my new unit, and to be sure they could come get my old rig.

I found them to be good people to work with.

Forgot to mention that we live 200 miles west of Alvarado.

We bought a 2015 Challenger from them. They dealt with us honestly and were very professional. I would make sure YOU look at everything during the PDI or if you can afford to, get an RV inspector to check the unit out for you. Once you drive off, getting items repaired is harder than purchase time.

I can honestly say they were excellent to deal with, we ended up getting a better interest rate than what they stated and would but from them again.
