50 amp to 30 amp power cord

My 2023 ACE 29g has a 50 amp circuit.

In addition to my 50 amp power cord we found a 30 amp power cord in our coach storage. Dealer must have put in there in error.

If I ever encountered a 30 amp shore power post with no 50 amp supply COULD I use the 30 amp power cord IF I used a 50amp male to 30amp female adapter plug on the ACE and then plug in the 30 amp power cord to that adapter female end and then to the shore power 30amp male to female post connection?

This would be in lieu of using a 50 amp female to 30 amp male dog bone adapter using the 50 amp power cord.

Just trying to figure out if I should use that extra 30 amp power cord if I ever encountered the 30 amp shore power only, or is that 30 amp power cord I have never to be used.

The only reason to use the 30 amp cord with an adapter over the 50 amp cord with an adapter is so you have a lighter cord to lug around. Otherwise it's just an emergency backup in case the 50 amp cord failed.
