Is it under warranty? If so make an appointment. If not find out where the sort in the slide harness is. Also check the cable connections at the slide motors and controller

Mine has thrown that code since new.
It hasn't caused any problems and does not hinder my slide in my 2018 24.1

I've learned to just ignore it.
Better to have a code and a working slide than have 3 months in the shop and a transient do-all type mechanic have at it.

I THINK I unplugged each motor, plugged them back in, and the code went away until the next time I used the slide.

I always ignored this on our's,too... means nothing really. Run your slide all the way out, all the way in, and you'll probably see it go away. If not, no worries. If your slides work, they work.

Mine has thrown that code so many times it's not funny. My overhead bed using the same controller throws that code every time it is lowered. I kind of thought it was a typo in the manual and was meant to read normal operation.

I had that same problem a month back on my 2017 Vegas. A suggestion from the forum was to push the retract/extend button 6 times. This will clear the code. It worked for me.

It indicates that there is a wire for the slides that is shorted to ground, possibly in a place you can't see it.

How did you operate the slides? I had it throw that code once after doing it on battery power. Plugged it in and ran the slides and the code stopped.
