Leveling system Reset

I understand their is a reset procedure using the touchpad for the Lippert Leveling system on my 2015 Thor Challenger. I am locked out due to a low voltage Error which requires this reset. I have seen manuals saying to press all four diamond buttons simultaneously. Is this correct or is there more to it?

Have had a low voltage fail a few times, mine requires a reset of the trip breakers located in the battery/hyd pump compartment, they are the in line type with a flip open arm, yellow or red. The levelers would not extend or retract until reset.

I tried the push all four method last weekend when I had a low voltage error message and it did not work. I did a different reset by pushing the retract and enter buttons simultaneously and the system reset allowing me to level my RV. However, only the back levelers would come down. I was able to manually get the front levelers to come down using the Lippert pad. When we returned our RV to our storage unit I tried to auto level the coach to ensure it was working and I had no issues. I have a 2016 Thor Hurricane 27K. Hope that helps.

Same for my 2015 Thor Hurricane. On mine the trip breaker is on
the right side wall above the batteries (the pump is on the left side).

FWIW here is a link to another thread on this forum about this topic. I saved it since I have that system. I have had low battery light several times but I let the engine run for a few minutes and it goes away. So far no problems with the jacks.
