From ACE to Miramar or Challenger

Currently have an ACE 27.1 and considering going with a bigger coach next year with nicer appliances, carpentry, fixtures, and features. We bought the 27.1 knowing it was entry level and knew we'd eventually want to upgrade but didn't realize how soon we'd want to do so!

Our closest dealer sells Thor (and Tiffin) so we're looking at the Miramar and Challenger - but they don't have any in stock.

Has anyone made this jump or spent enough time in both to be able to compare? Aside from gaining more room by going with a bigger unit is the upgrade worth it?

The main things we're looking for are:
Appliances: res. fridge, non-plastic sinks, nicer faucets, double sink, etc.
Carpentry: The 27.1 cabinet doors are cheap, so sturdy doors/cabinets
Features: Inverter, integrated AV, sewer flush system, wired for Satellite, gennie auto-start, sitting area/sofa "and" dinnette

We have a couple local RV shows coming up in Sep and a big one in January so, those will be key for us in making a decision but I'd like to go into those shows with some additional insight.
