Exclamation AGM Settings

I had my 2013 Palazzo hooked up to an outlet at home where it did fine charging to full prior, but I noticed that it had discharged somewhat. Found out it was a tripped breaker at the house, so I fixed it. But I happened to check the settings on the controls and found that it was set for flooded batteries. Now this would be ok a year ago, but I changed them out last year to AGM's. There is a setting for "AGM1" and also for "AGM2". Should I change the setting to one of these, and if so, which one? How do I tell what type I have? And shouldn't the dealer have done correct setting when installed? Is the only difference in the setting the charge rate?

AGM1 (for Lifeline AGM batteries), or AGM2 (for East Penn/
Deka/Discover/Trojan AGM batteries)

Agm batteries are basically a deep cycle battery with higher amps, but they do have to charge at a slower rate(Amps) then flooded.

Trojan list the recommended bulk charge voltage for AGMs as 14.1 to 14.9 volts. Magnum list the bulk charge voltage of 14.2 for AGM #1 and 14.4 for AGM #2. Lower charge voltage is always better as it allows more time for the recombination of the water ions formed during discharge. Of course the lower bulk charge will mean a longer charge time. As best as I can tell the absorption voltage is the same as the bulk. The float voltages are the same for both AGM settings.

https://www.trojanbattery.com/product/t105-agm/

Lots of info under the T105 download link

If you are considering upgrading or exchanging batteries these are excellent quality
