Like any HVAC system, the further from the air source (the fan) the less air flow. Our AC is in the rear, so flow in the bedroom is no problem, but there is less air flow in front. If I close most of the vents in back during the day, the air flow in front is noticeably increased. Compared to our former coach, there are so few cubic feet of air space to heat or cool in the Gemini, temp changes are pretty rapid, even with only one AC and one furnace. The air return is part of the AC unit itself and protrudes through the ceiling where the unit is mounted on the roof. All the round louvered vents are outlets.

The same reason there's sawdust behind normally visible areas: Thor workers do not clean up their mess when constructing/assembling.

They cut channels in the ceiling insulation (Styrofoam) for the AC ducts and they dont clean it out very well. If you take a flashlight and look inside your vents you will see they are formed out of styrofoam. When the AC comes on it will blow to the ends of the vents. Most of it will blow out but sometime you have chunks trapped in the vents. Just take the cover off and pull out.

No air flow out of left side vents

I also have a 2016 Vegas 24.1. I noticed that the the round vents in the bedroom - on the driver side - are not blowing any air when the A/C is on and the vents closed on main unit in the living room area.

Took round cover off one and saw the minimal channel out of the styrofoam.

How can you fix this and check the "channel"? It's a pretty long run from the main unit.

Thanks for the answer to my question Thor Forum.
I thought that was why I didn’t get much air out of those round vents, especially in the living room but it is just that the air has a ways to come and blows very little coming out of those vents.
Thanks again,
Vicki Hamann

Well I guess it depends on how far it is. Try using a hack saw blade to cut them out. You can tape a couple of them together to get length? Or perhaps poke holes with fish tape or rod?
