Some sort of wind-generated electricity would be easy: set yourself up some wind turbines that you can grab power from; as you go down the highway...

...No waiting for the breezes to pick up!

(We had a wind turbine in our hunting camp back in 1958... )

Yes, Devil is in the details.

I didn't see the 4k or 5k version, but the 2,000 watt unit is listed at 350 kWh per month in 12 MPH wind. That works out to around 500 watts average, not enough to run small window A/Cs full time. With standard RV roof A/C, we'd only get a few hours per day of cooling on an ongoing basis.

Or camp next to a flowing stream and use a water wheel connected to a generator......
