Aria - Water Leak on Passenger Slide

Just experienced a leak on the back of the passenger slide while detracted of our 2019 Aria 3901. It seems to be leaking at the rear of the slide in the bedroom it is above the rear wardrobe. Has anyone experience this before? We have have had heavy rain but never had a leak before.

First, I would ask whether you mean that the slide is 'IN', or is the slide 'OUT' when this is happening...

second, is the leak continuous, or are you just suddenly noticing water on the floor?

third, did you just bring in your slide after a lot of rain?

fourth, did you just start your travel underway when you noticed this?

I've found that we have this issue when:

A) we first bring in the slides after a lot of heavy rain, where there is WATER still on the SIDES of the slides. The slide seals 'try' to 'wipe' the remaining water off while the slide is being brought in, but any water left on the sides of the slides is now IN the coach, and of course, will now run down and onto the floor. Wiping off the sides of the slides before leaving will help to keep the inside dry, if they have a lot of water on them when you're ready to leave. Ours does this quite often, and we've just realized that it's not 'leaking' water or rain into the coach, while parked, but simply water that we've brought INTO the coach! I leave several small towels at each end of each slide to collect this.

B) water can seep onto the TOPS of the slides, even though you have slide TOPPER FABRIC to help prevent this. When water is sitting on the tops of the slides, and you then bring IN the slides, there may be no where for the water to go EXCEPT to run over both ends of the slides, which is now IN the coach. Again, this is really just a one-time deal, but none-the-less, it doesn't make an owner feel good. Our coach does this all the time. I've even had water SPLASH OVER MY HEAD while driving!(I had to make a quick sudden STOP fairly soon after leaving). I leave several small towels at each end of each slide to collect this, just in case.
