Step won't stay out

2115 Hurricane 27K, the step won't stay out with the door closed. It has worked before we got it back from warranty service at the dealer.

Could it be a bad step switch, ignition switch or am I just missing something?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like the switch. I don't have the Hurricane but it is probably the same step. I just flip the switch and close the door and step stays out. I doubt you are missing nothing. Sounds broke.
