Axis/Vegas 24.1 side height?

Thor advertises height of Axis/Vegas 24.1 as 11 feet to the top of the A/C. Not sure if they rounded that number of left a bit of room for clearance or not.

My question is, can someone measure their 24.1 to the top of just one side, not including stuff on the roof?

See attachment.

Put a deposit on a Vegas 24.1 today without getting an answer to height question, LOL.

I posted the same question on another thread as I have a driveway challenge regarding the 24.1. Hopefully someone answers as I don't have one locally to measure and Thor's blueprints aren't helpful.

Good luck!

Yes, I am hoping someone here can climb the ladder and drop a measuring tape to get me the sidewall height. Thor doesn't publish it and there are none on the local dealer lots to measure.

I was out at the storage yard to day working on my new Axis 24.1 and dropped a tape from the top edge. Surprisingly it varied from 9' 3" to 9' 8" the latter being only at the aft right corner. The others were +/- 1/2". The clearance between the top of the tire to the wheel well was also an inch wider for the aft right than the others. So maybe weight is not distributed evenly as well as the rest of thecoach being out of kilter. You wouldn't notice just looking at it from the side.

The A/C is the highest extension, about 1'- 2". So in my case since the A/C is forward I am guessing the overall height is about 10'- 6".

Thank you for the info.

Figures that I have exactly 9'3" to the underside of the eave/fascia board. I'm guessing the passenger side awning is maybe another couple inches shorter? Here's my problem: 10ft wide driveway of which 26" is overhung by the eave, so really 7' 10" . The coach is too wide if the awning doesnt sneak under and if it does there is nothing to spare (see attached).

Let some air out of the tires on the eave side.

I’d spend the money to make a proper solution by changing the roofline or reworking the driveway. Or keep the coach somewhere else. Those margins seem just to tight for my comfort.
