Should TPO Roof Look Like This?

I just washed my TPO Roof on my 2006 four winds Hurricane 31D. I took pictures of the roof. Should it look like this. I used a mild soap and water to clean it. Does the black spots mean I need a new roof. It is not leaking.

No the black spots are normal, Try washing it with a liquid mixture, there are quite a few out there that will work well and not damage the roof.

I don't think I would say "normal", but I doubt if its a problem
Probably just spots of some sort of dirt or mold

a lot of folks use spic and span, or laundry soap

maybe try a weak bleach solution if nothing else touches it... just rinse really really well and rinse the run-off too on the coach sides....

use a good scrub brush on a handle....

The key is finding the right cleaner for the whatever the dirt is....
your dirt is probably different than my dirt, so what works well for me may not cut your so well....

That's a good looking roof. Discoloration isn't going to harm it. Tree branches and low bridges will.

The spots are usually caused by mold from dead vegetation that was allowed to die there for a long time. A diluted mixture of water and bleach will make them disappear.

However, bleach can damage the TPO, so I'd just keep it clean, and sealed now that it's your's.
