Axxera nav211

The nav 111 radio was just replace under warranty eith a 211. It worked after installed. Just got ready to roll, turned it on and there's a message SDMMC\mobilenavigator.exe. does anyone know what to do with this? Tried finding it on the internet. It's frustrating that things don't work when you need them. Please and thanks

Sounds like it's looking for the maps on the SD card. Has it popped out? Was it ever installed?

If there is a box above it and an arrow pointing at the box to the right, tap the wording until it appears in the box then tap the arrow and give it a min.

I'll have to study it tomorrow. I tried raising my jacks to get my tires in boards this afternoon and they would not retract. Hydraulic fluid is full, I reset the leveler display, tried a couple of things without success. The back and left display lights stay lit, indicating my left rear jack has a problem.

There's not a box above it. It's a long ling starting with SSDM.. mobilenavigation.exe.
It tested out fine until I needed it. It may need to be updated.
I'll work on it after I get my jacks operating again. This is a 2019 Palazzo with about 13,000 miles and requires too much attention.

You don't say what RV or leveling system you have but that indication on most is that the coach is out of level and needs to raise those sides. Leveling system needs engine running and parking brake set to operate.

A fuse had popped in an obscure lication, the battery compartment. Fixed.

Throw away the axxera radio and replace with an android unit.
Use Google maps or waze or sygic alonh with iExit.

Honest.
Best maps buy best travels.

So did that fix your radio problem? Or your leveling problem? Or both?

Push the reset button, small hole between Sim card and button for rear camera using a paper clip.

A .exe file is an executable file. It sounds like it wants to run a setup program or something similar.
