First off. If you are having trouble with the GPS not working, make sure the antenna on the rear of the radio is Tight. It has a tendency to looses over time.
You will need to remove the radio to do that.
To remove the radio,
1st remove the front screen by pushing the button at the top of the screen.
2nd carefully remove the trim ring around the radio.
Then take the 2 L SHAPED LONG RADIO RELEASE TOOLS that came with your manuals. And stick them in the center of each side of the radio to release it.
The radio should pull out very easily.
Tighten the GPS ANTENNA CONNECTOR on the back of the radio.
Push radio back in the mount and reinstall the trim ring and carefully install the screen. Do not push on the screen. The glass screen Will break if not pushed on evenly
If you go into the settings in the GPS navigation menu you should find “ configuration wizard. This will reset the initial configuration for your vehicle. It may only list BUS. DONT PICK CAR.
The Axxera navigation is a bear to use.
I have a Garmin RV760lm as a backup I put more trust in my tried and true Garmin gps.
