Has anyone replaced the small LED lights on the front of the hurricane? The number looks like 16-0085....wondering where you bought your replacement lights and if you have any tips on installation

I'm looking to replace the LED bulbs above the head lights...each side has 3 or 4 bulbs. One is blown out but plan to buy extras if I can find them
