Challenger Inverter question

After we bought our new Challenger KT the dealer has replaced the inverter. We went camping over the weekend (Friday to Sunday morning, Full hookup). When I went to turn the inverter on for our Residential fridge we got a voltage warning. Doesn’t shore power charge the house battery? After turned the engine on we had enough voltage to bring up the jack and run the fridge? Any thoughts?

If the batteries are not charging when plugged into shore power you may want to get the converter checked. The converter should charge the batteries.

did you check to breakers? Hopefully the dealer got everything fixed for you.
