Check Engine Light

We have a 2014 Thor ACE 27.1 for over a year. The check engine light comes on or off at will. The code is U0109 - lost communication with fuel pump. It usually happens shutting off or starting the engine. But at times, it come on or off when driving. Its been to Ford 3 times and they can't figure out the problem. Anyone else out there that has the same problems or any recommendations. It doesn't seem to lose any performance or decrease in mph. Maybe a piece of black tape is the next step.

Thanks for any comments

Same Issue

Following this post. Just picked up my ACE 29.2. Less than 2000 miles on it and the check engine light came on while cruising at highway speed. Tapped the break and it went off. Stopped for gas and it came back on. Haven't had it long enough to get it to a dealer. All the diagnostics check out fine.

Since you don't know what code was set you can't be sure if its the exact same issue. The first thing I would check if my CEL came on would be that the gas cap is on tight.

My code ended up being the P0030, the o2 sensor. That is a common one with the 450 from what I understand. The issue turned out to be the wiring to the sensor.
