Class C Chateau vs Four Winds

I have previously owned a Jayco class C then moved to a Tiffin diesel pusher, we are now downsizing back to the class C and we're getting ready to purchase a 2013 Four Winds 31L. It's my understanding they are both made by Thor and are the same other than color combinations. Is there any other difference between a Chateau and a Four Winds? It appears for some reason the Chateau has a bit more value than a Four Winds on the NADA web site.

When we took a tour of the factory we asked that question and were told that the only difference is the name and color combinations. They do this so that they can have two dealerships in the same general location.

Thor has several sister coaches such as Windsport and Hurricane, same coach, different name and colors, otherwise identical.
