Class A Thor Axis 25.6 (2021)

We just purchased a new Thor Axis and cannot wait to start to use it. First off if anyone knows what phone app to use for the control panel inside the unit, I would greatly appreciate any help. Second, does anyone know why the driver's captain's chair will not rotate to be able to see the people at the dinning table or the tv? This was shown on numerous sites and told to us that it would rotate and now they are saying that it was never intended to rotate all the way around. Third, and hopefully last question is does the tv in the bedroom area tilt or move at all. We have been unable to do anything with it.

Your sales person needs cussed, highly and thoroughly, for not doing a good delivery.

The chair does rotate, someone will show you a thread of how to.
But
Then your feet dangle so bad there is little comfort to be found.
Basically you slide the seat all the way forward, put the seat back leaned forward, tilt the wheel all the way up, manipulate the armrest, and the FORCE IT ALL TO TURN by jamming it under the steering wheel. About 30lbs of pressure should do it.

Unless something has changed. What other sites and why if they said it turned did they not give instruction?

The TV does not move.

On my Hurricane the drivers seat rotates if you put up the arm rest and tilt the seat back forward.

Regarding the driver's chair: There is a procedure for that:
Lower the left armrest, tilt the chair forward, turn the chair (the armrest should be able to go under the steering wheel), once clear of the wheel recline the chair.

Remember, the slide must be extended or there’s no room for legs & feet
And, once it’s turned, the seat back cannot be reclined
