the panel will only show the HOUSE batteries - your 12v battery bank that controls your lights, fans, water pump, etc.

are you plugged into power?

are you running your generator?

both will provide the Charger what it needs to keep your battery bank charged, and even your Alternator will while you are driving

That’s my problem that gauge on the panel shows Battery full charge and my Generator won’t crank
Or my 12 volt ligths don’t work
I have a trickle charge on the house Battery
And it shows that it’s charging
I been plug in to short power for the last 3 months
Maybe the store swicht was accidentally turn off
But what it don’t make since to me it’s the that ligths on the panel shows batt fully charge

sounds like your 12v cut off switch is in the 'STORE' position, which is why you don't have lights.

also, you may have an 'Aux' or 'Battery boost' switch on your dash, to tie the two battery banks together, to allow you to start the generator - hold it down while priming/starting the generator, and even for several seconds afterwards...

If you are plugged into shore power the light on the board will always show full charge on the batteries even when they are dead, and with the store/use switch in either position.

On some units it reads the charger output therefor thinking it is fully charged. If the charger is working and connected then maybe his battery needs replaced. Or as others mentioned maybe shut off.
