Crack in nose cone

I have had my issues with my 2017 Four Winds 31W. From water leaks to the refer having to be repaired twice.
But now I have a bigger issue. While putting the cover on my motor home for winter storage yesterday I saw a 3" crack on the roof portion of the nose cone.
Can these be repaired? Has anyone else had this on a new coach?

Perhaps, this is a warranty issue? Fiberglass can be repaired if done correctly.

But your picture doesn't really show us where it is...
Can you pull back, and give us a bit more view of your rig?
Fiberglass certainly is repairable: check with an marinas near you for the folks who work their magic on boats.

It is under warranty. Its less than a year old. This just should not be happening.
Another Thor POS.

yes, definitely take it in for warranty.

If it wasn't, it's an easy enough repair since it's up high and out of sight....stop drill and then fill/seal.

It obviously should not have happened. Things like that are not random, something is putting a lot of stress on the fiberglass, or the fiberglass has been mixed wrong, or is not thick enough. Though I agree, its easy enough to fix a crack like that, without knowing what caused it, it may only be a short term fix. If it were mine, I would get both the dealer and Thor involved.

Cracks

We had some kind of stress cracks on the corners of the grill openings on our '16 Axis. First year warranty had the hood replaced at the dealership. They had to paint it to match the gelcoat color.

I have sent the pictures ti the dealer. But have yet to hear back from them. I think they are sick of my complaining about all of the things that have gone wrong with this 2017 Four Winds. But thats to bad, I' m the one who paid good money.

I was covering our '18 Windsport & saw this crack on the rear upper left corner. This one is plastic instead of fiberglass! Taking to CW to have them look at.

When we had cracks in the back end cap of our 25.2 2017 Vegas, I sent pics to both the dealer AND THOR, Thor went ahead and opened a case for me

Most manufactures take stress cracks in fiberglass seriously, as it can in some instances be an indicator of something structural going on behind the fiberglass.
