I have requested two different times information including schematics, plumbing info, build sheet etc.
First request over six weeks ago and another for and electrical schematic about a two weeks ago.
I would like to hear both. Those that receive info in a timely manner and those that have never received a response like me.
Hi Jerry, I guess that is what I will have to do. I sent it through there portal for customer care from their web site. Just with my schedule, it is easier to just do email, but will find time to squeeze in a call.
Kind of funny, about ten minutes after I posted this thread I got a call from Thor customer service wondering what documentation I needed.
I guess my point is that their "email request form" seems to be a waste of time IMHO.
