DC OFF message on inverter remote panel

I have MS 2012 inverter with a remote panel in 2013 Tuscany 40EXT.

While checking RV status in our storage unit, I noted that the remote inverter panel had a message "DC OFF". This did not make sense to me since I had all my DC loads operable with gen and engine off. I tried to secure the DC using the house battery switch but the switch did not turn off the DC. I am just starting to investigate this and would appreciate any help on where to go look.

If anyone knows where the solenoid is for the house battery disconnect in this model it would be helpful to let me know.

We are not travelling due to pandemic so I am going slow on the investigation.

3 - Lookup your message in the Remote Panel's manual and follow the instructions for troubleshooting/resolution or:
4 - Follow the instructions in the Inverter/Charger manual to reset the the device and see if life goes on.

Don't know that I've ever seen such a message, as we have the ME 2012 with ME RC remote panel, and have our own issues to investigate from time to time - but a RESET might be in order.

You can press and hold the tiny on/off button on the end of the Inverter where the communications cables attach.... and then press again for back on. Or, you can simply detach the Positive main battery cable, then reattach.
