Axis/Vegas Wheelbase Revision

Just noticed that all Axis and Vegas are now listed at 188-inch wheelbase, whereas the 25.2 model previously had a longer wheelbase. I had assumed it was in large part to balance the slide weight at rear versus the front.

Has anyone noticed any other significant changes for 2016? With the newest 25.3 model they moved the generator forward ahead of rear wheels. Is it possible the generator on 25.2 was moved forward also? That would help shift weight forward and offset need for longer wheelbase. Plus it would reduce noise and exhaust concerns at night.

I'm sure having only one wheelbase for all models also helps streamline manufacturing.

It seems the Axis page has 188, versus Vegas page showing 194 inches for the 25.2 model. Now I'm not sure if that is an actual revision that hasn't been fully updated yet, or a typo.

You can go to the literature link and pull back past versions of the brochures.
well! I guess not.

If you select "All" and press the "Filter" button you can grab older documents.

Well the 2016 Axis flyer shows 194" for the 25.2 wheelbase.

In addition the 2015 Axis brochure shows 194" as well.

Jamie, I thought the previous Axis page also listed 194 inches for the 25.2 model. I say this because my interest has always been for the Axis over the Vegas, so I normally check specs for the Axis.

Today when I was comparing Axis length against FR3, I noticed all Axis models had 188 inches as listed below. Not that it's a big deal but I was hoping for other revisions that would support the shorter wheelbase.
