Roadmaster Sway Bar on 2020 Thor Challenger

I had the Roadmaster sway bar from etrailer.com (RM1139-148) installed on my 2020 Challenger 37FH. Now it has a loud clunking noise. The RV installer said it was a very loose King Pin. It wasn't that way when I took it in and I am wondering if that is an issue with a different sway bar? I am taking it to a company that handles warranties for Ford but he said it was not the problem in a way as to not hurt the company that installed it as they are good friends. I have searched the net but not coming up with anything for a F-53 Chassis past 2003. Can anyone help me out that has had this problem?

The people that installed mine said I had a loose king pin. This was when they were going to do an alignment. Ford dealership inspected, and I think they just hit it with an impact or something. They did the alignment, and then I went back to the original shop.

They installed the steering stabilizer and said everything looked fine. Purposely asked them to check Ford's work.
