Is the coach level? How long has it been running with "no cooling"? It takes lotsa hours for these fridges to cool off. It will first be noticed in the freezer compartment.

So propane and shore power both work at the fridge and they both get hot enough for the fridge to cycle OK.......and your 12vdc coach use/store is on to enable the control panel to function? Any blown fuses in the fridge exterior access control board? Any error codes on your Norcold control panel inside.......if available, your manual should spec what they mean. Seems this fridge is too new to be blocked (famous last words) so the other thing might be a failed thermistor......might not turn on at all. Attaching a Norcold thermistor test link......hope the link works.....

Ty for the input.
All fuses and wiring all look good.
Played with the thermister also...that is tested it. Nothing works. Down to plugged I guess.
Thanks to all.

I suppose if the fridge was run un-level often or for long periods it could become damaged/blocked but hopefully it is not. If the heat sources are good (best to use electric to test long term since if the element works you are getting spec required heat; propane flame can get hot, but not necessarily hot enough to cool to spec) then the other thing would be a blocked roof vent.....or a side vent if the fridge is in a slide. Check for leaves or other obstructions in the venting system which draws air from the fridge access panel up through the upper vent. For such a new coach that is unlikely but you never know.
