Draining tanks on Thor ACE 27.2

Good day,
We have a new Thor Ace, that has a hose hookup to clean out the black water tank. I believe I followed all the instructions (which are virtually non-existent in the owner's manual) by hooking up a hose to drain the tank. The valves are in the correct position, and the black water tank took on about 30 gallons of water, yet nothing comes out of the sewer hose? So, where did the water go? Any ideas? Thank you. JE

Unless you opened the black tank drain valve, it's still in the tank. Since the black tank has a capacity of 29 gallons, it's got to be pretty full! Look down the toilet to make sure. If so, just hook up your sewer hose and drain the tank (which assumes you're somewhere you can do that!)

You said "new"; does that mean 2017 or thereabouts? My 2015 doesn't have a cleanout hose attachment. Wish it did!

You probably have a valve on the passenger side of the ring is well. Take a look along the passenger side of the rig. Many of the models have two valves due to your bathroom being on that side. Mine did nobody pointed out to me.
