Dream dinette

I have a 2018 Four Winds 24f. When I picked up at dealer the table did not sit on the inside ledge, they sent a new table top same exact measurement appx 29 1/2". Anyone have this problem? Maybevthevtable sits on top of ledge not inside? Thoughts......

Not sure what you mean by sitting on the ledge. Mine is about 1 and 3/8 of an inch away from the wall, the width of the mounting assembly that is mounted to the wall. If you google "Cass Hudson Dream Dinette" you will get a link to the installation instructions PDF at the Newmar site.

Thanks for the reply, I am actually talking about the width. When I remove the cushions to lower the table there is a lip under each cushion and my table sits on top on the lip, it appears to be 1/2" wider on both sides. The dealer had Thor cut a new table, unfortunately it is the same exact size, appx 29 1/4" wide. I am thinking at this point it may be easier to have someone cut the plywood under seats to make widen the lip.

To what? I agree the seats are not very comfortable.

We went with a BRADD and Hall wood dinette. It was fully customizable and took about 6 weeks to be delivered.

Yes I guess it would be to hard to move the bench seats closer together...

Four winds 22E, my table is 29 5/8", opening is 30",
Take it back to the dealer or fix it yourself, I would remove both ledges and add thicker pieces, otherwise you have to move both benches, or make your own table.

Didn't realize this was from 2017 I am sure it was fixed by Now
