Driveway ramp

Years ago we used to put a steel pipe about 6 inch dia in the street gutter. The rain went through it OK. May not fit your application. If it does work, you could maybe just put a couple of 2 ft sections down for the wheels to run over when you move the unit.

These might work/help

Although they are pricey, these might help with the transition from the road to the driveway.
