Flex Hose Leak

I kept having back ups in the drain lines on the passenger side of the coach and we found water on the floor every time the slide was reopened. After taking out the kitchen drawers I found the flex pipe was pinched closed (see pic) and leaking at the nut. I rerouted the pipe (see 2d pic) but still can not figure out how to stop the slow drip. Any ideas? -Rich

How about some Teflon tape on the threads?

If tape doesn't work, how about some pipe dope?

So there might be a small crack in the nut. Had a similar leak and after taking the house off that’s when I noticed there was a small crack. As you tightened the nut down the crack separated more.

Is the flex line suppose to have a washer on the pipe at the nut like you would have on a standard CPVC pipe? I ask because it did not have one when I disassembled, so I didn't try to put one on the hose. The manufacture had it zipped tied (which I did replace) but I assumed that was to try and stop it from backing off as the slide is operated.
