Question What is it?

Today we looked at a 2018 Chateau 24F. I lifted the cushions on the left seat at the dinette and there were a couple of waterlines disconnected and some sort of a rubber bag attached to the floor. Wondering what this is all about. Is this where you attach lines to winterize?

Disconnected lines does not sound right.
The bag encloses the water, gas and elect lines that slide inside the bag from coach to the slide utilities.
Water lines connect to exterior shower, water heater (to & from) and the City water connection.

Too bad that you didn't take a picture to share. It would have helped identify what those lines may be for.

That model is commonly used by rental companies. If that is the case, there has been discussions on the pros and cons (more cons).
