Four Winds toy hauler door conversion

I just purchased a 2004 Four Winds toy hauler. I will be using the garage as a mobile jewelry boutique, but need to replace the roll up door for access. Ideally I'd like to frame it out with an aluminum frame and add a shallow balcony with slide out steps and a residential door and window. I'd seen this done on bus conversions and step-up truck conversions but not an RV/toy hauler rig. Has anyone else done this or seen it done?

You need to find a trailer manufacturer or someone who does roach coach conversions, should be easy for them.
