Fresh Water Drain on 2016 Palazzo 36.1

We are brand new to this and are constantly being made aware of our incompetence. Does anyone have experience with draining the fresh water tank on a 2016 palazzo? I even called the Thor customer help technician and he couldn't figure it out.

Take a tour of the underside of your coach and look for a 1/2" PEX liine coming out in the neightborhood of the fresh water tank, that goes nowhere. After finding it note where it is and go inside to now look for the valve. Sometimes it is behind a panel. On mine they made it too easy, it is on the outside of my coach in plain view.
