Fridge not working off of inverter

My wife did it .she said she flip the converter switch and the inverter came on .I don’t know anything much about them. Sorry I am not much help.

Sounds like she simply turned the inverter ON.

I think so. It is my motorhome but I am only allowed to drive not fix. I have been known to unfix things before.

I have as well in the past. If you get a tech that don't seem familiar with your unit thank them and call back and get different one
