We are wanting to do the same thing and would love to hear your ideas. There is a double hitch that could you could do that with on the rear but the vertical capacity on that motor home hitch is only 500 lb. which is probably close to what both our trailers need unless yours is aluminum. Also, the RV rear frame might not be happy with more weight.
Then consider how much weight your bike rack will add. I just wonder what this going to do to our fuel mileage but we will probably only do it once in awhile
I'm hoping we can trade ideas.

The following is what I just sent etrailer
We just bought a new motorhome which is a Thor axis 25.6 which is approximately 26 feet long mounted on a E-SERIES CUTAWAY & STRIPPED CHASSIS.
But it looks like a class A motorhome body . We want to be able to carry a trike scooter that weighs less than 500 pounds on the front.
I think this will also help launching our 22 ft 4800 lb boat rig including trailer that we will be towing. In the past we used to launch one of our boats with our 26 ft motorhome. No problem. We could probably only do this at certain steep boat ramps.
I hope you can tell me what I need and information to anyone else that has done a similar install.
