GoPower! 120W portable solar for res fridge?

Looking for some input regarding anyone that has tried this? We want to dry camp for 4 days at Lake Powell (sunshine is abundant) and only want to keep the batteries charged for the residential Whirlpool fridge and my husbands CPAP machine for use at night. We plan on shutting off the fridge at night as we read it will stay cold all night. We have 2 house batteries that came with the RV. Anyone have any input or suggestions? Thank you in advance.

My experience is with the standard two house batteries that come with the rv when you purchase it, your fridge will drain the batteries with in a day or two when you add in running lights etc. I added 4 lifeline 6Ct AGM batteries and have 320 watts solar and this will keep up with 4 days dry camping no problem when turning fridge off at night. Just make sure to not have the fridge set on the coldest settings.

It takes 300 watts of solar just to keep up with a standard RV refrig on propane with the stock house batteries.
A residential refrig takes running the gen set 4 to 6 hours to recharge a 432 Ah battery bank, 4- 6 volt batteries, every day.
120 watts of solar will cover the CPAP, lights, and small fan.

Check out what I have done http://www.thorforums.com/forums/f10...ighlight=solar #68, I have been out a few times now bondocking and have yet turned on the Gen at all in 3 or 4 days with good sun. Lost power one time at a park for almost 24 hours and still was good to go with out any outside power. But of course you have to keep lights off when not needed, use the small tv in bedroom instead of the big one in living room and reset the fridge up a few degrease.
