Exclamation Slide (1 of 2) has no power

We have a 2018 35M. The rear slide works fine, the main slide just decided not to open when we got to a campground. It doesn't even make a noise, like it has no power. I've checked the controller and there are no blinking lights and I've put it in manual mode and it doesn't move. Any ideas? I checked connections to motors and to controller and it they're tight.

Any light at all on the controller? If not, you may be right - loss of power to the controller.

No lights for errors, but I can press 6 times andnkne long to do manual mode. It flashes as it should and I can retract the rear slide then as well. No movement to main slide in manual mode either.

Once you find the second and the #'s match you can swap them to see if you have a bad controller.

manual mode means YOU have to move it. Should be some kind tool to move it. Do you have a voltmeter? Now how to use it?

Actually you have three controllers. Two you found plus the one for the front bunk. It is in the overhead cabinet just above the driver. All three controllers are the same as are your slide/bunk motors. The triple trax motors are different but the controllers are the same.
