Question: trying to set up Winegard
And the the SSID doesn’t match the SSIS number that shows up on my iPhone WiFi setting. And the password they gave me won’t work on that ssid number.
Does it sound like the company got cards mixed up???
Company’s closed due to holiday.
Any ideas???

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like Thor got the books mixed up. If I’m not mistaken you can remove the cover and there should be a data label inside.

I quit using my Winegard last year and went PepWave with dual SIMS. To me, after the learning process the Winegard is useless and the PW is the best way to go.

My Winegard was an add on so it was money wasted on my part.

On the side of your Winegard has your SSID/password under plastic cover. You can take paper clip with you and reset the router to default password and SSid also.

I use laptop to configure, update, etc. Way easier than app.
